Enerplace accepts returns on most items. However, returns can be very costly. We urge you to take time to find the correct product before ordering. If you are in any doubt about what you need to order, please Contact Us before ordering. Much time and money can be saved by ordering the correct items in the first place.

Return Policy

Each item on our website has a stock classification shown on its product page. Return policy varies based on the stock classification as outlined below. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipment date.

NNormally Stocked
Usually ships within 1 business day.

Normally stocked items may be returned.

MMinimally Stocked
Usually ships within 1 business day, but delays sometimes occur due to higher than usual demand.

Minimally stocked items may be returned.

SSpecial Order
This item is not usually stocked and will be ordered for you. Estimated time until shipment is x weeks.

Return of special order items will be determined on a case by case basis. When accepted, a restocking fee may apply.

CCustom Manufactured
This item is custom made. An order for this item cannot be cancelled once placed. Estimated time until shipment is x weeks.

Custom manufactured items cannot be returned.

Return Costs

Enerplace charges flat rate shipping to most destinations. Our shipping fee is almost always less than the actual cost of shipping, sometimes by a substantial amount. When you return product, you will need to pay for the full cost of shipping.

On receipt of your resalable return item(s), we will issue a refund calculated as follows:

Amount paid by you for your returned product
+Shipping cost paid by you for initial shipment
-Actual cost paid by us to ship your inital shipment
-Actual cost paid by us to ship your return shipment
-Restocking fee (may apply to Special Order items)
=Amount of refund

If you need to return only part of your order, we will work out return costs on a case by case basis.

Return Procedure

If you need to make return an order, please Contact Us. In most cases we will issue a UPS return label. If you prefer, you may use a carrier of your choosing instead. If you are not in a hurry, postal service may cost less. In the case of shipments to post office boxes and areas not covered by our flat shipping charges (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii), it may be necessary for you to arrange the shipment yourself. If you are local to us, you may return your item in person. Please note that returns to the Scarborough location will not be refunded until product is returned to our main Mississauga location (may take up to 4 weeks) and exchanges made at the Scarborough location must be arranged in advance.

In the case of a UPS return, you may 1) give the package(s) to the UPS driver if and when a replacement item is delivered; 2) take the package(s) to a UPS Store; or 3) call UPS to pick up the package(s) once ready.

All returns must be received back in a saleable condition for a refund to be issued.
