Order Methods

In addition to shopping on shopenerplace.com, you may also place your order by phone at (905) 624-1890 or toll-free 1-866-645-8377. Phone orders are accepted Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern.

If you are local to our main Mississauga location, you may also shop in person without first placing an order. Please see Walk-in Sales for details.

Payment Methods

Online Orders

Enerplace accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for online orders. If you have a PayPal account, you may also choose to pay from an existing PayPal balance or from your bank account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Our website will calculate your order total including delivery charges and tax. Your card is charged during checkout using a secure connection. For security reasons we do not store any credit card information online, and you will need to enter your payment information every time you order.

Phone Orders

Enerplace accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express for phone orders (American Express is accepted for Canadian orders only). We do not accept Discover or PayPal for phone orders.

Currency

Enerplace accepts payment in either Canadian or US Dollars - you may select your currency using the flags at the top right of our web site.

To see the exact amount you will be charged and to avoid currency exchange fees, Canadian customers should choose Canadian Dollars.

Taxes

Enerplace will bill applicable GST or HST on all orders shipped to Canadian destinations. We do not collect any separate provincial sales taxes. Taxes are collected on your order total including shipping. Specifically, the following taxes will be collected, based on the shipping address:

Customs Fees

Enerplace ships all product from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. Canadian customers will never pay any customs fees.

Shipping Rates

Enerplace charges a flat shipping rate to almost all destinations. Since your shipping fee is fixed regardless of order size, we recommend you consider buying more items at once for best value. Most of our popular items also have quantity discounts, making larger orders an even better deal.

Current shipping charges range from CAD$10.00 to CAD$20.00 per order and are based on the Postal Code of the shipping address. For an exact amount, add at least one item to your shopping cart and use the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page.

Shipments to Postal Codes starting with X or Y do not qualify for flat shipping and will be determined on an order-by-order basis. At this time our web site cannot accommodate these orders. Please call us at 1-866-645-8377 to place an order by phone.

Pick up orders will incur no shipping charge.

Shipping Methods

We will use a carrier of our choosing for all shipments. Most orders will ship via UPS Standard. Orders shipped to PO boxes will ship via Canada Post and may be delayed by up to 3 business days after preparation as we do not have daily pickups with Canada Post.

Enerplace does not require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery, UPS will usually leave your package(s) provided the driver believes it safe to do so. Otherwise UPS will either attempt delivery again on each of the following two days or will leave the package(s) at a local UPS Store for you to pick up at your convenience.
