Fantech 428521 is a filter kit for Fantech heat recovery ventilators (HRV). The kit contains 2 washalbe polypropylene mesh filters with an efficiency rating of MERV 3. The filters will collect dust, debris, lint, and insects.

Your equipment has two mandatory filters (one set of two):
Basic Mandatory: MERV 3 efficiency rating - Fantech 428521 (this page) for both exhaust air and supply air. The original filters included with your equipment.

Additionally, you can add one of three optional filters to improve your air quality:
Good: MERV 8 efficiency rating - Fantech 428527.
Better: MERV 13 efficiency rating - Fantech 428549.
Best: HEPA - Fantech 428552.
